Account Types
A Rapid account is the standard Jupico account where the account holder (the platform’s user) has a relationship with Jupico, has access to the Jupico branded Backoffice platform, and can process transactions from the BackOffice. Jupico handles the majority of the user experience and user communication. This is the quick launch, no code option with the simplest regulatory requirements.
A Flex account is similar to Rapid but with additional customization options for the Platform. The account holder has a relationship with Jupico but has access to our BackOffice with the Platform brand and 'Powered By Jupico' marks. Onboarding can be cobranded or Powered by Jupico. The Platform could also use our onboarding API to have more control. User experience and user communication is a combination of Jupico and the Platform. This option can still be no code.
A Custom account is almost completely invisible to the account holder. The Platform is responsible for all interactions with the user. The user does not have access to the Backoffice and Jupico does not contact them directly.
